Weiberg: "I was primarily looking for three things…someone who had head coaching experience…someone who had success as a head coach… a good fit for OSU and Cowboy basketball."
Said he heard a bunch how good of a recruiter and relationship-builder Lutz was.

Nobody wished him ill will. And it would have been great if it worked out. But we gambled and 7’d out for the majority of the last 7 years. Hope the fresh start is good for all involved.

Chad setting expectations really high talking about how he turned the last two programs around so quickly. OSU fans are going to expect a winning overall and conference record and NCAA tournament bid next year
