Every participant will have a mission to complete to win prize. First, participants will be split into different tables with ratio of ladies to gentlemen, 1: 2 per table. Time will be allocated for participants to interact with each other seated at the same table through interactive icebreaker missions, games and MBTI matching activity.
Participants can decide whether they want to play the icebreaker games and MBTI matching activity which we have provided or just chit chat or do all. It is flexible and up to participants to decide.
Once the allocated time of 20 min is up which you will know when the organizer rings a bell across every table, it will mean that it is time for rotation. How you will be rotated will be mentioned on the piece of paper which you will receive on the actual day. For each round of rotation, usually 1 lady and 1 gentleman in the table will remain in their seats while the rest in the same table will move to another table based on what is mentioned on the piece of paper which they receive. This will then repeat for every rotation.
For the last 2 rounds of rotation at 5.20pm and 5.40pm, it will be totally free and easy. This means that everyone in the event can move to any table of their choice as long as the table is not fully occupied.
Close to the end of the event, we will be giving out attractive prizes for the winners of the games and missions.
Our team will be available at the venue to guide you on the rotation.
One day before the actual day of event, we will be sending an email to all who registered via the google form with further instructions on how the mission, games and MBTI activity works.
Our team will also be promoting the event through various social media platforms at Telegram, Instagram, Meetup, Eventbrite, Peatix and word of mouth. This means that our event will reach more people in Singapore. Hence you will get the chance to know many different people and make new friends.

Side notes:
1. We have booked the venue for this event at a cost. Hence, we appreciate your understanding that both ladies and gentlemen, a small amount of event fee is required.
2. The age group 18-39 is an indicative guideline. You are welcome to attend if you are a few years either side of the guideline.
3. There is no air-con at event venue, only several big fans installed. However, not to worry, the venue is sheltered and very well ventilated.
4. Kindly note that smoking, vaping and outside food are not allowed at event venue.
