I didn't even want to give them a star. First time having a membership and had a bad experience at your store. 1st time shopper I was offered a $10 off my bill and I had to use it that day guest service said that. Then Ethin said I had to wait 73hours before I could us it. He was rude about it.

Very bad management and customer service. Waited more than half an hour for someone to help me load heavy shelf Nobody showed up and this is after I talked to the manager. And I talk to 3 people doing nothing standing talking to each other and still nothing happened. Finally went to Costco where customer service are good and got it.
