It's not always easy to lose a team member - especially one you consider a close friend. Andy and I's friendship started before he even took the position with Paychex - during an immersion day so he can see what the positions entails. We had some laughs that day, and I can't say that I provided the clearest picture of what his next 5 years would look like... but I'm glad he accepted the position and have been honored to work directly with him for the past 3 1/2 years. We've had ups, downs, tough conversations, a ton of laughs and smiles, and mostly created core memories that I'll always cherish. Best of luck in your next chapter, my friend! You're always welcomed at Paychex IE Powerhouse.
