The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was very close to downtown Charleston and offered easy access to Folly Beach, which was only a 15-minute drive away. Another positive aspect was that the hotel had an onsite restaurant with delicious food. I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to eat there instead of going out every night. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

One drawback of my experience at the hotel was that the room was not as clean as I had hoped.There were some issues with cleanliness, such as a shower with hair when I first checked in.

I had an unexpected stay at this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. The lobby has a clean and modern design with beautiful artwork that caught my eye. The staff, like Dave at the front desk, provided friendly and helpful service. They even recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus, as we were able to bring our dog along. The attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the three towels provided in the room, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in a safe suburban area with free parking was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

For the money, Hotel Indigo in Charleston was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff treated us like we were at a luxury resort, and our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the base of the bridge and close to everything in the area. It was easy to get to from anywhere in the city. The staff was excellent and really took care of their guests, making sure everything was right. I also loved the pool area, it was awesome and a great place to relax.

One downside was the slow service at the front desk during check-in.There were long lines and not enough staff to assist the guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the convenient location in a safe suburban area. You can even park for free in the hotel's parking lot, which is a huge perk. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch. The beds are super comfortable and the housekeeping team leaves a nice note with three towels for you. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Charleston for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just off the bridge and close to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. I loved that they had an onsite restaurant with delicious food. The staff was excellent, making our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet pool area with plenty of space around us.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
