  Recently moved to Indy. Tried @comcast for cable ISP. Promised 1.2 Gig which turned out to be <0.3 with frequent outages. Yet their website says: “you’re all set with blazing speeds” (false) and EVERY time I log in says: “we’re doing service in your area, expect interruptions” 1/

  @rkieru @WOWCare After buying 3 they RECOMMENDED I eventually gave in and leased the @Xfinity one. Same problems, but now they couldn't tell me to call someone else.

  @comcast @xfinity Internet has been out for several hours. It was supposed to be back 30 minutes ago. Now I’m getting a ridiculous message saying that power is out in my area. There is no power outage. Give further detail to your customers, you *************.

  So someone besides myself canceled my WiFi with @ATT. Really shady how they can’t restore my internet when I haven’t moved nor called to cancel it. What’s the point of having a pin and codes when someone can just cancel my service? Worst company. Moving to xfinity

  @comcast @Xfinity is the worst internet service ever. They lied and said they fixed the lines but I still can't connect. Calling them is a nightmare and all they want to do is sell you more **** that doesn't work. I continue to pay for a service that doesn't work!!

  Unfortunately had to end the stream early again. Same issues as last week. @Xfinity still can't figure out how to have stable internet. Technician will be out here on the 10th so hopefully that'll fix things.

  @NRG_Daequan Alott of internet sharing in that crib gunna need to call Comcast and get each room wired individual and pay for y’all own that way. I tried spilliting massive internet with my boys it never worked even with Comcast business and then we got a gig each it was a lot smoother.

  Service was $116.00/mo but “discounts” brought this down to $75/mo but locked me into a 2-yr contract. So I called and canceled with Comcast within the first 30 days. This avoided early termination fee. 2/

  @Xfinity @XfinitySupport can you explain why I am being billed past my cancellation dates. Why do I need to even call your customer care for this and spend my time?. Even after that now I still have a $5.28 pending balance for what I dont know? Please explain.
